About Greek Island Cooking

I’m an Irish girl who fell in love with Greece and am currently living in the Peloponnese.

I have always had a passion for cooking and worked for many years in restaurants, curating events and running a London Pop Up alongside visual merchandising for fashion, lifestyle and food retail. I‘m a home cook who loves to use fresh, seasonal ingredients to cook simple homemade food while being attentive to both the presentation of the dishes and the table setting.

I cook using fresh, local and seasonal ingredients. In the winter months I pick and preserve lemons, oranges and bergamots from my garden, the summer finds me foraging for wild capers, drying my home grown figs and growing my own vegetables and herbs.I seek out local cheese makers and honey producers and visit the local fishermen to find the just caught fish. I cook everything with love and a respect for the ingredients.
